Mural Design Contest Rules and DEADLINES

• Age requirements: 12-18

• Must submit design entry online by deadline 

• Only one entry allowed per individual or team, adults may advise on the creation 

• Mural design must contain slogan: “Not Even Once”

• Judging based on artistic quality, effectiveness of message, and ability to implement design on 8 x 10 foot space.

• Size of design must be on 8 x 10 inches roughly.  May be digital, hand painted, drawn or other method of choice.  

• Must consider how the design would look large scale and consider simplicity of design important in order for implementation ease onto large exterior wall.

• Should be age and public viewing appropriate

• Design submission: November 1st, 2025

• Implementation of design: Spring of 2026, winning artist encouraged to participate in paint-out
